Yumi Yumi Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worchestire sauce
  • snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring cheese to room temperature in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add onion and Worchestire sauce.
  3. Blend on low until combined.
  4. Blend on medium until fluffy.
  5. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
  6. Shaped into a ball.
  7. Roll cheese ball in parsley to cover.

Notes

Serve with Carr’s crackers. You can divide the mixture and roll it into two balls before covering them with parsley.
