Yumi Yumi Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp Worchestire sauce
- snipped parsley
Instructions
- Bring cheese to room temperature in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion and Worchestire sauce.
- Blend on low until combined.
- Blend on medium until fluffy.
- Cover and chill for 8 hours.
- Shaped into a ball.
- Roll cheese ball in parsley to cover.
Notes
Serve with Carr’s crackers. You can divide the mixture and roll it into two balls before covering them with parsley.
