Pot Roast

Ingredients
- roast
- vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread 2 Tbsp cream of mushroom soup on the bottom of baking dish.
- Place roast in the dish.
- Put the rest of the mushroom soup & the onion soup mix on top of the roast.
- Cover & cook for 2 hours.
- Remove from oven & place vegetables around & on top of roast.
- Cover & cook for 1 hour.
