Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • roast
  • vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spread 2 Tbsp cream of mushroom soup on the bottom of baking dish.
  3. Place roast in the dish.
  4. Put the rest of the mushroom soup & the onion soup mix on top of the roast.
  5. Cover & cook for 2 hours.
  6. Remove from oven & place vegetables around & on top of roast.
  7. Cover & cook for 1 hour.
