Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. white cheddar, grated
- 4 oz. sharp yellow cheddar, grated
- 1/2 c. red bell peppers, roasted, skinned & sliced into strips
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients by hand
- Blend in batches in food processor until almost smooth
- Serve w/ toasted white bread & celery sticks
