Jennifer’s Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 1/4 cup green peppers, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 x 4 oz. jar pimentos
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- shredded cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- Cook noodles as instructed.
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Place mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes until slightly browned and bubbling on the edges.
Notes
Serve with green peas and crescent rolls.
