Guacamole

Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded & peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded & diced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Toss avocado in lime juice. Drain & save lime juice.
- Add salt, cumin & cayenne pepper. Combine w/ potatoe masher.
- Fold in onions, tomatoes, cilantro, & garlic.
- Add 1 tsp. lime juice.
- Allow to stand a room temperature for 1 hour.
Notes
- Consider using only 1/4 c. onion.
- Use 1/4 of the jalapeño to reduce spiciness.
- Add salt to taste.
