Feta Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 x 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 x 4 oz. diced pimientos, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350°.
  2. Mix together all ingredients & place in 9″ pie plate.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes until edges are lightly brown.
  4. Top with diced grape tomatoes.
  5. Serve with Carr’s crackers.
