Feta Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 x 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 x 4 oz. diced pimientos, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350°.
- Mix together all ingredients & place in 9″ pie plate.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until edges are lightly brown.
- Top with diced grape tomatoes.
- Serve with Carr’s crackers.
