Every Day Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 – 3 lbs ground beef (not lean or ground chuck)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 165° (2 loaves – 1 hr, 1 loaf 1 1/4 hour.
- Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice.
- Can also top with seasoned stewed tomatoes.
