Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.
  2. Mix in flour & vanilla.
  3. Add walnuts.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°.
  6. Roll dough into 1″ balls.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Roll warm balls in powdered sugar.
