Basic Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix ingredients in oven safe cassarole dish
  3. Bake for 30-45 minutes until water is full absorbed
