Baked Fritatta

Ingredients
- 8 eggs with a little milk, gently mixed
- 2 c. sautéed peppers and onions
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degres
- Spread vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of a quiche baking dish. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until firm
Notes
- This recipe is very mild. It calls for more experimentation in terms of the cooking of the vegetables, the seasoning, and the prevention of sticking
