Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. white cheddar, grated
  • 4 oz. sharp yellow cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 c. red bell peppers, roasted, skinned & sliced into strips
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix together ingredients by hand
  2. Blend in batches in food processor until almost smooth
  3. Serve w/ toasted white bread & celery sticks
