Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & diced or shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put cooked chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Mix soup & sour cream. Spread over the chicken.
- Melt butter.
- Mix butter, crackers & poppy seeds. Spread on top of the soup mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Serve over rice w/ peas & crescent rolls.
